This position will interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. The Program Control Analyst will contribute knowledge with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts applied to multiple contracts within an engineering Integrated Product Team.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range Level 3: \(78,700 - \)118,100
  • Salary Range Level 4: \(98,100 - \)147,100
  • Eligibility for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses

Skills

  • Ability to use financial systems and understand EVMS principles
  • Hands-on cost performance reporting and analysis skills
  • Ability to analyze variances/trends and develop new methods
  • Good interpersonal skills for representing the group on special projects
  • Ability to guide and influence peers and internal customers

Responsibilities

  • Interface with program managers and deliver financial and administrative support
  • Establish Work Breakdown Structure and maintain objective performance criteria
  • Support internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, schedules, and financial performance analyses
  • Facilitate monthly financial rhythm processes and integrate baseline changes into EVM systems

Qualifications

  • Level 3: 5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years with a Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
  • Level 4: 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s or 6 years with a Master’s in similar fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
