  • Ensure products comply with all regulatory, labeling, and quality standards
  • Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, trials, and project activities
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in capsule formulation technologies
  • Continuously assess your own performance to ensure you are meeting goals and expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in two-piece hardshell capsule formulation and process development
  • Proven ability to manage projects and lead small teams in a product development environment
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers and contract manufacturers
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer product development
  • Experience in international product development, including regulatory and market-specific considerations

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in two-piece hardshell capsule formulation and process development.
