Skills

• Product Management experience – Ability to drive strategy and execution
• Scrum expertise (MUST) – Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Software Development experience (MUST) – Familiarity with development processes and collaboration with engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and prioritization of product features and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Define and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals
• Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear priorities and progress tracking
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
