Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: \(115,000 to \)135,000. Compensation is based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.

• Drive Squad Execution: Lead cross-functional teams ensuring on-time delivery of products.

• Prioritize and Manage Backlog: Build and maintain the product backlog.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Gain a deep understanding of customer pain points.
• Workflow Management: Create and maintain technical workflows and user flow diagrams.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics for product decisions.
• Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile principles throughout the product development process.
