Skills

• A degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Operations, Finance, Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical sales
• Strong knowledge of program and pricing strategies
• Car wash industry expertise, particularly in chemical solutions and integrated wash systems
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight trips

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic product solutions to drive growth and market leadership
• Actively gather customer feedback and translate industry trends into business opportunities
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to create effective solutions
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from development to pricing and product evolution
• Drive innovation and shape a technology transformation roadmap for our product lines
• Provide resources to customer-facing teams to help them present and sell our solutions effectively
• Integrate new products and brands, developing go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with long-term vision and goals

Qualifications

• Experience managing P&L, new product development (Stage Gate), and project management is a plus
• Experience with product roadmap and project management software is beneficial
• Ability to work with remote cross-functional teams

• A degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Operations, Finance, Management, or a related field
