Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market and product strategies to drive growth in the U.S.
  • Support sales efforts through collaboration with the field sales team.
  • Create marketing materials, messaging, and sales tools for clinical market segments.
  • Design and implement promotional programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, life sciences, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in product management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of urinary health and the U.S. healthcare system is beneficial.
