Position Summary: A GRT Client is seeking a highly driven Product Manager [Mobile] to lead the full product lifecycle for mobile application initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for product design, scope management, budget oversight, quality assurance, and performance reporting. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and guide the development cycle to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the business objectives in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: ● Product Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee all phases of the product cycle, applying project management methodologies and best practices. ● Project Planning & Budgeting: Develop, track, and manage product roadmaps, budgets, project plans, and timelines. ● Resource Management: Procure, manage, motivate, and mentor project staff, ensuring a well-structured and efficient project team. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with functional project teams to gather and refine business requirements for mobile applications. ● Software Delivery: Lead and coordinate development efforts to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable software solutions aligned with business goals. ● Quality Assurance: Define and implement testing strategies to guarantee defect-free products before User Acceptance Testing (UAT). ● UAT Coordination: Facilitate UAT, prepare rollout plans and procedures, and ensure successful adoption. ● Risk & Performance Management: Assess risk, track project performance, and apply management principles to optimize technology applications and business functions. ● Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses, updates, and product presentations to project sponsors or steering committees. Required Skills & Competencies: ● Mobile Application Expertise: Proven experience managing mobile product lifecycles from concept to launch. ● Project Management: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies with a track record of managing budgets, timelines, and resources. ● Leadership & Team Building: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ● Adaptability: Capable of balancing competing priorities and adjusting to evolving business needs. ● Business Acumen: Rapid understanding of business processes; ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels. ● Technical Aptitude: Experience working with technology teams in a large-scale, multi-platform environment. ● Analytical Mindset: Skilled in risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and strategic decision-making. Education & Experience: ● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (required). ● MBA or Advanced Degree in a relevant area (preferred). ● PMP or PMI Certification (required). ● 8–10 Years of Experience in product management, preferably with a focus on mobile applications or large-scale software development.
