Key Responsibilities

  • Champion a customer-centric approach, utilizing deep empathy to inform product strategies that resonate with high-net-worth buyers, enhancing their purchasing experience.
  • Assume end-to-end ownership of the buyer experience, ensuring a seamless, high-touch process that upholds luxury standards, meeting the expectations of our discerning clientele.
  • Implement your expertise in SEO and growth strategies to optimize website content and architecture, driving organic traffic while maintaining our luxury brand presence.
  • Strategically enhance product features and site experiences tailored to engage high-net-worth individuals, ensuring their journey from discovery to purchase is extraordinary, integrating AI where applicable.
  • Analyze customer behavior and conversion metrics, establishing and monitoring KPIs that inform a refined product roadmap, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across functional teams including product design, software development, sales, and marketing to deliver exceptional product solutions, fostering alignment and collaboration through data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in consumer product development, ideally in product management or software engineering.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this position is $165,000, complemented by equity options. Additional benefits include competitive salary, unlimited flexible PTO, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, wellness service memberships, a 401(k) plan, paid maternity and paternity leave, a generous home office stipend, monthly cell phone reimbursement, and quarterly remote team-building events.
