Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office functions, including answering phones, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling, client reminder calls, and organizing health education activities and community outreach events.
  • Use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with processing expense reports and managing office-related budgets.
  • Provide support to the Site Director, Community Health Workers, and other program staff to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in administrative support or office coordination.
