Skills

  • Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field
  • LICSW or LMHC licensure
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families
  • 3 years of supervisory and/or management experience
  • Preferred experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program
  • Access to consistently reliable transportation for community visits

Responsibilities

  • Provide inspiring leadership, supervision, and training to our dedicated program staff
  • Ensure the team consistently implements the ten principles of the Wraparound model in all our work
  • Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a supportive and high-performing team
  • Offer direct 1-1 supervision to Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners
  • Provide 247 emergency on-call beeper coverage
  • Help the team grow and develop their skills

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field
  • LICSW or LMHC licensure
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families
  • 3 years of supervisory and/or management experience
  • Access to consistently reliable transportation for community visits
