Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Accountants in preparing and submitting accurate invoices for reimbursable costs related to maintenance and construction projects
• Communicate effectively with field personnel, internal departments, and client representatives to gather necessary cost and revenue data for billing
• Support in preparing detailed month-end accruals and assist with researching and reporting billing transactions
• Work closely with Project Accountants and the Project Accounting Manager to develop efficient billing procedures tailored to client requirements
• Contribute to process improvements in billing workflows and ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies
• Assist in special projects such as client audits, system conversions, and other finance-related initiatives
• Provide backup support to fellow Project Accountants when needed
