We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project & Content Manager to join our External Affairs Team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with strong project management skills and a passion for crafting engaging digital content. In this role, you will manage various projects, update content across our web platforms, and design email marketing campaigns to amplify our brand’s visibility and social impact.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary: \(58,000 - \)66,500, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the External Affairs Team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings, providing project updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project resources, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track progress and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and consistency with our brand guidelines.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance tracking.
  • Engage in continuous learning and actively contribute to the organization’s growth.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience (or a combination of education and experience).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with attention to detail.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 years of related experience in communications or marketing, particularly in the nonprofit sector.
