21 - 180667 lm A local company is seeking a Project Coordinator/Administrator to assist with events at various establishments in the Cleveland area and a workshop around Port Clinton. This assignment will last until the end of October, be part-time, and working 20 hours each week during the hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Responsibilities: Place and chase vendor orders, run print jobs on the office printer and through outside shops, assemble table kits to a written checklist, test simple wireless and AV gear, and pack everything for transport Manage working calendar, book vendor calls, rehearsals, meetings, and appointments, send day-before confirmations to venues, vendors, and contacts, guard preparation time before key sessions, and move the dependent pieces when something slips Maintain and update the expense log current with receipts attached and every cost coded to the right project, so the workshop, the practice, and the second client never mix Log mileage, track vendor invoices, keep project files organized, handle vendor correspondence, and take on other administrative support for the practice Collect sealed materials, timekeeping calls, and build a sorted spreadsheet from the workshop's written outputs Inventory and repack the kits, write the assembly procedure, and set up storage so the materials are ready to be reproduced Qualifications: Must have previous Administrative experience Must have the ability to connect a laptop to a screen, get sound out of it, pair a wireless device, and work out why something isn't connecting without getting rattled Must be able to manage a shared Google Calendar, work in Gmail and Drive, and keep a clean spreadsheet for expenses and logs Event production, stage management, or hands-on project coordination is the ideal background Must be proficient with checklists, remain calm under time pressure, and have proactive and effective communication skills A valid driver's license, your own insured vehicle, and the ability to lift and carry 30-pound boxes is required Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Must have the ability to handle and prioritize assignments and multi-task Must be able to maintain confidentiality Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
