Description

We are currently hiring for a Project Engineer with 5–10 years of civil and/or aviation engineering experience, to be based in our rapidly growing Aviation Division. Projects will vary and may include airport planning, infrastructure design such as runways and lighting systems, storm-water and drainage, pavement markings, and site grading.

Skills

• Engineering-based planning, directing, and monitoring of construction phase assignments
• Working knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars, design standards, and/or Unified Facilities Criteria
• Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze existing projects
• Manage project tasks and schedules across multiple technical functional areas
• Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant civil engineering experience with some aviation exposure
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification in NH or VT
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or higher
