Responsibilities

  • Utilize a systematic approach to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify performance gaps through data collection and benchmarking
  • Manage and prioritize projects aimed at closing performance gaps and achieving Key Performance Indicator targets
  • Provide and develop technical expertise for continuous improvement
  • Conduct safety and quality audits, and document conditions and improvement activities
  • Prepare routine reports, both written and verbal
  • Interact with various departments, customers, and suppliers
  • Supervise the hourly workforce when required

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree from an accredited college/university in Electrical or Metallurgical Engineering
  • Minimum of one year of experience in an industrial setting
  • Some supervisory experience preferred
