Responsibilities

• Lead QPHE’s project to leverage NC HealthConnex for quality and population health
• Develop policy and financial strategy related to the initiative
• Cultivate relationships with key partners including the Health Information Exchange Authority and Medicaid experts
• Collect and synthesize feedback from stakeholders to inform decisions
• Supervise 1-2 full-time staff members
• Manage budgeting, invoicing, and contracting as needed

Qualifications

• Strong background in data policy and healthcare ecosystems
• Proven experience leading large and complex projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Understanding of Medicaid and healthcare regulations preferred

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Health Administration, Public Health, or related area)
