We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our Structures Department. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Double Decker tent and Mezzanine installations, along with a strong professional background in tent installation, event management, and sports-related projects. Familiarity with products such as Höcker HTS, RÖDER, Losberger, or Velderman is advantageous.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The position requires exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively manage both clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Review project drawings and assess equipment and materials needs
  • Collaborate with the team to review client contracts and ensure milestones are understood
  • Plan and project labor requirements for setup and dismantling
  • Develop and manage project budgets and ensure equipment availability
  • Attend pre-planning meetings and conduct site visits for client coordination
  • Oversee build and strike dates, adjusting timelines as necessary
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality standards
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to job teams
  • Assist in generating final build reports and capturing design changes
  • Reconcile invoices and collaborate with operations on material allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams in Sales, Engineering, and Operations

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and operations
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Experience in construction, equipment rental, or a related industry is highly desirable
  • PMP certification is a plus but not required
  • 5+ years of experience in planning, inventory management, logistics, and project management, especially with large-scale tent installations

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
