As a Project Quality Control Manager, you will oversee the leadership and ensure the successful and timely delivery of complex heavy-civil, highway, and bridge projects from pre-construction to project execution and completion. This is a full-time position based out of our Plantsville office in Connecticut, with no remote option available.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range between \(80K - \)100K, depending on experience and skill level.

Skills

  • Proven leadership abilities in a construction quality control management role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction industry practices and standards.
  • Experience with supervision, estimating, scheduling, budget preparation, and project status reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management software systems.
  • Ability to obtain NETTCP Quality Assurance Technologist and USACE Construction Quality Manager Certification.
  • Heavy civil construction experience.
  • Valid US Citizenship and Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee project quality control processes from pre-construction to completion.
  • Ensure timely delivery of complex heavy-civil and infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor project team members to foster professional development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of documented experience in a construction quality control management role.
  • Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent technical training.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
