Description

The ProjectWise Specialist will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various ProjectWise server components, including Integration, iCS for PDF, iCS for iModel, Gateway, Caching, and Web Services Gateway. This role also involves administration and configuration of users, groups, environments, interfaces, project types, and workflows within ProjectWise. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Microstation, Revit, and C3D and have experience with PowerShell and SQL queries.

Skills

• Proficient in ProjectWise Server Components installation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ProjectWise administration and configuration
• Experience with PowerShell (pwps & pwps_dab modules)
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries
• Understanding of CAD tools like AutoCAD, Microstation, Revit, and C3D

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot ProjectWise server components
• Administer and configure users, groups, environments, interfaces, project types, and workflows
• Perform ProjectWise Explorer operations and troubleshoot issues
• Manage and support ProjectWise 365 and ProjectWise Drive
• Execute basic SQL queries as needed
• Maintain FAQs and troubleshooting documentation for end-users

Qualifications

• Experience with ProjectWise and related CAD tools
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ProjectWise administration and operations
• Proven experience with CAD tools and server components
