Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary: \(59,059.65 - \)90,000 annually (\(29.31 - \)44.67 hourly), based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess damages.
• Collaborate with policyholders, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Communicate with empathy and professionalism in high-stress situations.
• Provide clear explanations of coverage and next steps to policyholders.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports to support claims processing.
• Investigate and adjust property claims, including high-value losses up to $500,000.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits while adhering to industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist or similar role.
• Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle sensitive or emotional conversations with a customer-focused approach.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.

• Degree in a related field is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience handling complex or high-value claims.
• Background in construction or property assessment.
• Experience with water mitigation inspections is a plus.
