  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
  • Collaborating with policyholders, insurance agents, and other involved parties to gather necessary information.
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Documenting findings, gathering evidence, and preparing detailed reports to support claims processing.
  • Investigating and adjusting property claims with exposures up to $500,000.
  • Evaluating policy coverage to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Negotiating and settling claims within authorized limits based on policy terms and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience handling complex or high-value claims.
  • Background in construction or water mitigation inspections.
  • Proficiency with Xactimate and XactContents.
  • Completion of Rope and Harness Safety Training (or willingness to complete training if required).
