Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary between \(59,059.65 and \)90,000 annually (\(29.31 to \)44.67 hourly)
• Potential for an annual incentive of up to 15% of your base salary

Skills

• Experience in property claims, particularly as a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist
• In-depth knowledge of property insurance policies and claim handling processes
• Familiarity with residential and commercial building construction
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

• Physical ability to inspect properties, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections and damage assessments for property claims
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and stakeholders to resolve claims
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
• Collect evidence, document findings, and create detailed reports
• Handle personal and commercial property claims, including high-value claims
• Evaluate claims based on policy coverage and local regulations
• Negotiate settlements within authorized limits
