Starting salary ranges from \(59,059.65 to \)90,000.00 annually (\(29.31 to \)44.67 hourly), with the offered salary depending on skills and qualifications.

• Experience as a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist, preferably in the insurance industry
• Solid understanding of property insurance policies and claim handling
• Knowledge of residential and commercial building construction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and businesses after accidents or weather events
• Assess property damage and estimate repair costs
• Provide top-notch customer service and clear explanations of coverage
• Gather evidence, document findings, and create detailed reports
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits
• Handle various claims, from residential to commercial, with exposures up to $500,000

Qualifications

• Experience in handling complex or high-value claims is a plus
• A background in construction or water mitigation inspection is desirable
• Experience with Xactimate or XactContents is a bonus

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
