The QA Analyst will join our team of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and web developers. This role involves testing web applications for SharePoint solutions and M365 integrations to ensure functionality, usability, and web accessibility. You will also assist in basic troubleshooting for end-users, create and execute test cases, document results, and report defects while collaborating with developers to validate fixes.
