Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of an interactive, web-based weather visualization platform.
  • Verify that features related to weather data function as intended and display accurately.
  • Participate in live testing events during tornado outbreaks.
  • Identify, document, and communicate bugs or anomalies clearly.
  • Collaborate with the development team to confirm bug fixes and improve usability.
  • Suggest improvements based on your understanding of weather data and end-user behavior.

Qualifications

  • Must be a current student in meteorology, climatology, environmental sciences, or a related field, or a self-taught weather enthusiast.
  • Users of different weather applications and weather data sources.
