Stephen Swank is the Founder and President of Blue Banana Properties, LLC, a prominent, multi-pronged real estate firm with national reach. Stephen began acquiring properties shortly after graduating from the University of Washington in 1988. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance and an emphasis in Real Estate, Stephen transitioned from insurance sales to real estate development, assisting as a Home Inspector.

Since 1994, Stephen has purchased properties at courthouse steps via Trustee Sales on homes going into foreclosure. He has purchased, sold, and brokered over 1,000 properties, predominantly in South Florida.

BBP’s current focus is the acquisition of residential properties, with plans to expand into the North Florida region. This highly flexible, high-paying, and travel-intensive opportunity is open to all metro areas of Florida, offering a unique chance to gain hands-on experience within the dynamic world of real estate under the guidance of seasoned realty experts.
