• Previous sales experience required (real estate brokerage experience is NOT required).
• Strong ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships with candidates.
• Experience using CRM software to manage and nurture leads.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, contact, and recruit real estate agents through outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking events.
• Assess candidates’ potential and ensure they align with our company culture and standards.
• Schedule and conduct live and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Utilize CRM software to track and maintain relationships with potential recruits.
• Provide weekly reports on recruitment progress and hiring pipelines.
• Effectively communicate our company values and growth opportunities to prospective agents.
• Meet and exceed recruitment goals to support the expansion of our real estate team.
