In this role, you’ll collaborate with a variety of teams, including Legal, Finance, and external real estate partners, ensuring smooth execution of real estate transactions, renewals, and agreements. You’ll work independently while managing relationships with landlords, keeping track of leases, and preparing essential documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is \(64,000 - \)96,000 per year. Compensation is based on factors such as experience, education, and location. We are committed to providing competitive and comprehensive benefits to meet the needs of our employees and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Lease Monitoring: Keep track of lease dates, ensuring compliance with lease obligations using a real estate database (CoStar), and collaborate with the real estate portfolio team.
  • Global Communication: Coordinate with sites across the globe to ensure timely responses to lease notifications and ensure alignment on key real estate decisions.
  • Documentation Coordination: Work with Legal, Finance, business units, and external real estate teams to prepare documents for review and signature.
  • Cost Savings & Financial Analysis: Analyze various real estate options and identify opportunities for cost savings while evaluating their financial impact.
  • Lease Communications: Prepare required communications, including renewal notices, tenant allowances, lease commencements, and broker commissions.
  • Documentation Management: Organize and maintain files for leased and owned properties.
  • Report Preparation: Generate reports and presentations related to real estate and communicate key insights to leadership teams.
  • Audit Support: Assist with auditors’ requests for information as needed.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to and lead special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate or lease administration.
  • Familiarity with real estate databases (CoStar) and experience in data-driven report development.
  • Applicants must have legal authorization to work; immigration sponsorship is not available.
