Responsibilities

  • Assist with residential mortgage closings and closing schedules
  • Represent the lender at closing proceedings
  • Create and review closing disclosures and HUD forms for banks
  • Handle volume transactions and title reviews
  • Review Coop and Condo due diligence, meeting minutes, and purchase/sale contracts
  • Prepare closing statements and review title reports/lien searches for accuracy
  • Execute/conduct closings on behalf of the lender
  • Provide support to attorneys as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with lenders
