Description

The Counsel, Real Estate position involves managing complex retail real estate leasing matters and projects. You will draft and negotiate high-priority real estate leases and various legal documents, providing counsel to business partners on real estate transactions and associated risks, including leasing, development, subleasing, dispositions, acquisitions, redevelopments, special projects, licensed businesses, asset management, and real estate tax analysis. Additionally, you will provide guidance and training to real estate paralegals.
