• Performance Bonus: $2,000 per approved project (50% upon approval, 50% upon unit opening)

Responsibilities

• Research potential markets to support our brand’s expansion.
• Negotiate and secure real estate transactions for our water and ice vending stations.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and developers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth permitting, construction, and operational processes.
• Prepare and present site packages for upper management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in real estate transactions
• Preferred background in ATM or EV charging station real estate transactions
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
