• Active Notary Public commission in your state
• Previous experience as a Notary Signing Agent in the real estate industry (preferred)
• Strong understanding of real estate documents and transaction processes

Responsibilities

• Conduct notarial acts for real estate transactions, primarily loan signings and closing documents
• Travel to client locations as needed to facilitate signings, or perform signings remotely
• Verify the identities of signers and witness their signatures in accordance with state regulations
• Ensure all documents are completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism throughout the signing process
• Communicate effectively with clients, borrowers, and other parties involved in the transaction
