Compensation: - Compensation includes: - $15 per Zoom appointment set and conducted by a CanZell ISA, lasting at least 15 minutes. - $25 per Zoom appointment set and conducted independently, lasting at least 15 minutes. Pay Example: If you conduct an average of 20 appointments per week, you could earn $500 per week from self-set appointments and $300 per week from ISA-set appointments, totaling $41,600 annually with a consistent 40 appointments per week. - Bonus potential based on successful hires and revenue share opportunities. - Competitive full-time salary range of $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
