In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in sourcing highly skilled and motivated individuals to fill key positions within our organization. As the initial point of contact for potential hires, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to cultivate a pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate recruiting. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases. - Gain a deep understanding of job requirements and qualifications, including training, education, and experience. - Utilize screening tools and interview techniques to assess candidate suitability. - Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process. - Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure alignment between candidate aspirations and organizational goals, facilitating fair and competitive offer negotiations. - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to expand our talent pool. Requirements: - Active Real Estate License. - Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience. - Demonstrated ability to source candidates effectively from diverse channels. - Familiarity with recruiting principles and techniques is advantageous. - Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building candidate relationships. Compensation: - Compensation includes: - $15 per Zoom appointment set and conducted by a CanZell ISA, lasting at least 15 minutes. - $25 per Zoom appointment set and conducted independently, lasting at least 15 minutes. Pay Example: If you conduct an average of 20 appointments per week, you could earn $500 per week from self-set appointments and $300 per week from ISA-set appointments, totaling $41,600 annually with a consistent 40 appointments per week. - Bonus potential based on successful hires and revenue share opportunities. - Competitive full-time salary range of $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
