Stephen Swank is the Founder and President of Blue Banana Properties LLC, a prominent, multi-pronged real estate firm with national reach. Stephen began acquiring properties shortly after graduating from the University of Washington in 1988. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance and an emphasis in Real Estate, he started working for a real-estate developer in King County, Washington, assisting as a Home Inspector. The firm focuses on acquiring residential properties, expanding into Atlanta under the guidance of our Director of Sales, Xun Zhu. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience within the dynamic world of real estate under the guidance of our team of seasoned realty experts.
