Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will specialize in recruiting and managing physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Your efforts will contribute significantly to sourcing top talent to provide essential medical services as independent contractors, including general medical disability examinations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct full-cycle recruitment for physician assistants and nurse practitioners, from sourcing to onboarding. Ensure candidates meet specific licensing requirements and certifications. Manage licensing and credential verification processes. Handle administrative tasks related to healthcare professional management. Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals. Collaborate with HR to enhance recruitment strategies and processes. Qualifications: Proven experience in healthcare recruitment. Strong understanding of licensing and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Comfortable with remote work and independent tasks. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with healthcare specialties. Experience with Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams. Knowledge of remote recruitment tools. Work Hours: Standard Shift: Day Shift Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
