Description
This 1099 position focuses on recruiting drivers by working closely with client managers to understand staffing needs and providing updates on applicant status. You will assist qualified applicants through the carrier/client application process, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted. Your responsibilities will also include scheduling and confirming orientations, managing travel and lodging agreements, and addressing any obstacles preventing applicants from attending scheduled orientations.
