Description

The position offers the opportunity to work as a recruiter paid per driver hired on a 1099 basis. You will collaborate with managers at the client level to assess current staffing needs and provide updates on applicant statuses. Your role will involve assisting qualified applicants in completing carrier/client applications and ensuring all necessary documents are submitted. Additionally, you will schedule and confirm orientation for applicants, communicate travel and lodging agreements, and address any obstacles preventing applicants from attending scheduled orientations when requested. Administrative duties and other assigned tasks will also be part of your responsibilities.
