Description

As a recruiting partner at TTP, you’ll be paid per driver hired in a 1099 position. Your primary role will involve working directly with managers at the client level to understand their staffing needs and keep them updated on applicant statuses. You will assist qualified applicants in completing the necessary carrier/client applications and ensure all required documents are sent to each carrier/client. Additionally, you will schedule and confirm applicants for orientation, communicate travel and lodging agreements, and help overcome any obstacles that prevent applicants from attending the scheduled orientation. Administrative duties and other assigned tasks may also be required.
