Join our team as a Recruiter, where you will be compensated per driver hired in a 1099 position. In this role, you will collaborate with managers at the client level to identify current staffing needs and provide updates on the status of applicants. You will assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client applications and ensure that all required documents are sent to each carrier/client. Additionally, you will schedule and confirm orientation for applicants, communicate travel and lodging agreements, and help overcome obstacles that may prevent applicants from attending scheduled orientations. Administrative duties and other tasks may also be assigned as needed.
