This 1099 position entails being compensated per driver hired. You will work collaboratively with managers at the client level to assess current staffing needs and provide updates on the status of applicants. Assisting qualified applicants through the carrier/client application process is essential, ensuring that all required documents are submitted to each carrier/client. Moreover, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming applicants for orientation, communicating travel and lodging agreements, and addressing any obstacles that may prevent applicants from attending the scheduled orientation. Other administrative duties may also be assigned as required.
