Description
The Recruiting Specialist position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with managers at the client level to understand their staffing needs, while providing updates on the status of applicants. You will assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client applications and ensure that all required documentation reaches the respective carriers/clients. This role also involves scheduling and confirming applicants for orientation, facilitating travel and lodging agreements, and addressing any obstacles that may prevent applicants from attending scheduled orientations.
