Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support via a call center
• Offer in-depth technical guidance on refrigeration and AC systems
• Conduct both in-person and remote training sessions, including webinars and videos
• Develop and maintain useful technical tools, like documentation and instructional content
• Visit customer sites to support applications and assist the internal sales team
• Troubleshoot complex refrigeration and AC systems, offering solutions for customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or Engineering Technology
• Alternatively, 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in HVAC/Refrigeration systems preferred
