Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of conventional and affordable multifamily property operations
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and site staff to achieve objectives

  • Maximize efficiencies and update standard operating procedures
  • Create and implement capital plans and budgets while reviewing financials
  • Identify and implement technological improvements for better operations
  • Maximize income while ensuring quality housing for residents
  • Develop long-term relationships with investors, ownership, and regulators
  • Travel to properties and meet with current and potential clients

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing property operations
  • Strong knowledge of relevant housing programs and regulations
  • Proven experience in finance and overall operations
  • Excellent persuasive leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with clients and an executive team

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
