Compensation and Benefits

  • $35.00 per hour with a Tiered Production Compensation Structure.

Skills

  • Ability to assess patients’ teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues.
  • Strong communication skills to explain insurance benefits and financial options to patients.
  • Up-to-date state Registered Hygiene Licensure and CPR.
  • A commitment to ongoing education and improvement in the dental field.

Responsibilities

  • Love and care for our patients.
  • Control your ability to maximize earnings.
  • Create periodontal treatment plans based on the dentist’s diagnosis.
  • Educate patients on dental health and treatments.

Qualifications

  • Valid state Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care.

Education Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene or equivalent.

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Dental Hygiene License.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in a dental practice is preferred but not mandatory.
