Qualifications

• Completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing the SMQT
• At least two years of recent experience as a surveyor
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
