Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the survey process for accrediting or certifying facilities
  • Maintain current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
  • Travel up to 75% of the time for surveys

Qualifications

  • Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
  • Successful completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
  • At least two (2) years of experience as a surveyor in long-term care facilities
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
