Compass Health Network is seeking a dedicated Nurse RN - Assertive Community Treatment to join our expanding team. This role involves conducting psychiatric assessments, addressing physical health needs, and providing management and administration of medication in collaboration with the psychiatrist. You will be instrumental in delivering a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services for individuals participating in Assertive Community Treatment services.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and treatment teams on developing and revising treatment goals and plans
  • Provide individual supportive therapy and symptom management
  • Organize and manage medication delivery and administration for clients
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychiatric history and overall health
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings and supervision
  • Complete all required documentation in accordance with agency policy
  • Provide on-call crisis intervention as needed
  • Assist clients with medical appointments and understanding their treatment

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in nursing required
  • Licensed RN in Missouri required
  • Experience in inpatient or outpatient psychiatric settings preferred
