Froedtert Health is excited to invite RNs to our Open House for the new Complexity Intervention Unit (CIU). This event is a chance to explore opportunities for full-time, part-time, and optional part-time roles across all shifts. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and improving the health of our communities. The CIU will feature 24 inpatient beds and a skilled team of healthcare professionals who will provide both psychiatric and medical interventions for patients facing complex medical and psychiatric health challenges.

Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in psychiatric and medical care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the CIU
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Conduct assessments and provide interventions for patients with complex needs
• Ensure safety and support for patients during treatment

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
• Relevant nursing experience, especially in psychiatric or complex medical situations
• Commitment to community health improvement and patient care excellence

Education Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Nursing degree from an accredited program

Experience Requirements

• Experience in psychiatric nursing or related field preferred
• Previous nursing experience in a hospital setting is advantageous
