Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate knowledge, skill, and professionalism when interacting with peers and patients
  • Provide age-appropriate care to a diversified patient population
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hospital policies and procedures as well as the AARC standards of practice

Qualifications

  • High School/GED
  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification/license in the state of New Hampshire (NH)
  • 2+ years of experience in any of the following:
    • Acute Care
    • Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)
    • Long Term Acute Care (LTAC/LTACH)
  • Valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
    • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)

Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Certification in Respiratory Therapy

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy or related fields
