Job Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst III to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis (6 months, with the potential for extension). This hybrid position allows for three days of on-site work and two days of remote flexibility. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and interpreting payment postings within our automated systems and ERP (SAP), particularly focusing on the intricacies of discounts, deductions, and chargebacks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly manage daily payment postings within our automated systems and ensure accurate correlations in SAP, adeptly navigating the complexities of discounts, deductions, and chargebacks.
• Address payment exceptions in the automated system, utilizing investigative skills to ensure SAP posting accuracy and implement necessary adjustments.
• Proactively identify potential risks and provide insightful information to support action items aimed at mitigating these risks.
• Assist in reconciliation efforts and offer guidance related to accounts receivable inquiries and problem resolution.
• Engage in customer reviews and supply chain discussions to minimize delays and interruptions in business processes.
• Collaborate with credit and deduction resolution teams to enhance deduction coding and streamline application processes.
• Strengthen communication and reporting to promote transparency with partner functions in credit and deductions.
• Participate in work sessions aimed at optimizing internal processes toward standardization.
• Meet and exceed established performance goals, aligning with industry standards.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of related experience in a consumer product-focused corporate setting.
• Strong grasp of SAP A/R postings and experience with high-volume payment processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with robotic process automation in finance or supply chain (e.g., High Radius) is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP S4 integration is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven analytical abilities and adept problem-solving skills.
• Strong decision-making capabilities and organizational prowess.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
